Happy Birthday Jim! I am happy to hear the IVF made a difference in how you are feeling. Did they have anything to say about the stomach issues? Any remedies or prescriptions to help you out. Rest well and feel better!

I did a double take here

IVF - a medical procedure whereby an egg is fertilized by sperm in a test tube or elsewhere outside the body.

Did Jim know he was gonna have another baby? Because he is already planning his retirement.
