What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Yes, there are always some commonalities but we each have our own experiences too.
I don't have anywhere near the same level of food sensitivities some have experienced and have only had food stuck early on when I ate too fast...but I do dump and have RH (both of which I periodically forget and have to reexperience, lol). Once you have healed and moved into the "new normal", it really is about what you can sustain and what can be successful with long term.
Seeing jerk chicken on your menu makes me think some spicy chicken might need to be on mine soon!

Absolutely!
I haven't dumped yet, I guess I probably haven't pushed sugar but I have pushed the fat limits on one or two things (not over the top) Not looking forward to dumping though haha
And yes! So glad I can handle some spice, would have been a disaster if I couldn't!!
If you are comfortable sharing we'd be interested in hearing how your loss is going. You got off to a great start.

Hey! Thanks so much for the interest :)
I have lost 50.4 kilos (111 pounds) since the journey started and 41 kilos (90.39 pounds) since two weeks before surgery.
I have about 30 kilos (66 pounds) before I'm about where I want to be long term.
Great job! Next time you go to a Football game, you will be amazed at how much more spacious the seats were than you remembered.

Congrats.
90Kg is an average adult man! You are more than halving yourself! Way to go.

Thanks but just to clarify my total loss is 50kg not 90kg :)
You are an inspiration and a gentleman. Keep kicking ass. I'm jealous of your local beach access. Our Chicago n'Beach' Lake Michigan used to have dead fish regularly wash up on shore. There used to be lots of debris in the sand too. It's been cleaned up greatly. The zebra mussels filter the water wonderfully but blow up the ecosystem.

Thank you! Nice thing to say :) Oh wow that sounds awful, glad it's been cleaned up.
Yes, Australia has amazing beaches thankfully! Hopefully I will enjoy them more now I'm getting fitter.
