Yesterday the wisdom extractions did go well for DD. However, the oral surgeon had an "emergency" patient walk in from another office right before her appointment. They proceeded to numb DD up but by the time the surgeon was ready to do her extractions she needed a second round of numbing injections. We were there for over 3 hours due to this delay for something that was only supposed to take 45 minutes. This surgeon has never been on time, DS is scheduled for wisdom teeth extractions next; I am hoping that DH can take him since I have very little patience for late doctors. It also screwed up my workout schedule since I was unable to make both my weightlifting workout and yoga. Since I needed to get in all body parts I elected to do my weightlifting. I was going to do an aerobic workout at the gym but just couldn't make myself walk on the treadmill or elliptical machine. Boring.
It looks like it might be nice on Saturday so I will try to do the fall leave cleanup tomorrow. Sunday, I have a "chunky blanket" making event to do with a friend. It is once of those wine and activity things. I don't like wine so I will just enjoy the blanket making. it is a yarn blanket. Should be fun. Of course, my usual yoga workouts this weekend.
QOTD: A warm lake or ocean (think Hawaii). I have become such a wimp with cold, so it needs to be warmer temperatures..
Accountability: Good, added 1/2c pineapple to my berry salad
Different day, same meals
E: chest, delts, tricep weights, 60 min yoga

What's a chunky blanket?
Glad the extractions went well once they happened. I can't imagine being awake for something like that!

My retina specialist doctor is never ever on time. They over book and it takes to damn long. I kid you not that I've been there 5+ hours on multiple occasions. It's infuriating to say the least!
So sorry about the second set of shots for DD...that sucks so much!
