How true is that meme. I also have the same issue with going to Costco. I now try not to go down aisles I know don't have items on my list. It is funny, I add to my basket for treats for my family that I don't eat.

Yay for a good day! I wonder if you might feel less restriction because there's no stoma from the RNY surgery. It should be easier for food to pass through.

Also, I've seen your ticker creeping - congrats! :)

Thank you! I was thinking the same thing, but I only had a few small bites. I'm thinking I will feel restriction with firmer food and harder stops with meat.

it's probably the nerves - I think it takes them a few weeks to start regenerating - plus you're not on solid food yet, and that makes a difference, too.

It took me 6- 8 weeks to feel real restriction. I could eat 1/2 cup of food and I was fine, then suddenly a few bites and I was full.

Good to know. I will just continue to be careful since I know how awful it can be to over do it at this stage.
