Good morning QJB and menuers,
Happy Wednesday! I would take a quiet life over a drama-filled one, personally. But then, I like quiet.
QOTD- Passing Time
More doctor follow up today, I think. I did also nail down a couple of things for the OH conference, so yay! And still no bruising from the other day, so yay for that. Had a meeting with a GI health coach yesterday to establish a relationship. Will see how that progresses!
Accountability- More peanut butter. I ate two pineapple tidbits to try since it's listed as low FODMAP. Didn't work out and that was it for the rest of the day. Enough water, though.
Menu - seaweed, blueberries, going to try plain Greek yogurt. Oatmeal, triscuits, anything else that I can!
Have an excellent day, everyone!

Have you bought your OH tickets yet? I reserved the hotel for the conference. I need to look into plane tickets.

Yes! I have a ticket and a room. I've been checking flights. It's significantly cheaper to fly into LAX than John Wayne (like $500 cheaper), so I'm weighing the cost difference of transportation before booking. That's my only outstanding right now. It feels like this could be a special conference, being 25 years!

looks like there's a shuttle, but it's not cheap ($95-$130 one way), but still, cheaper than $500. You can also take a bus for quite a bit less than that, but then you have to change busses somewhere, and well - not too convenient (but cheap..)
