"Not sure the what, but the design would definitely include lots of resting benches and chairs. Slow walking museums kills my back"

that - so much that... I also would love to have on-line local files access to all the text they have under displays so I don't need to bend over to be able to read them.. or wait for people to leave to read the description.

I would appreciate all of your museum benches. I'm one of those who has to read all of the information. Especially as a big person, that was really hard over time. We spent half a day in the Galileo museum in Florence and the sore feet stood out!

Glad you're enjoying your trip and maintaining on top of it!

Good morning ~ I can't believe it's been 10 years already, wow. Time just flies, I mean how am I 54? I feel like I'm still in my 20's and sometimes even my teens. Yesterday was pretty mellow. Kiddo didn't come over (he got a better offer w/friends) so we watched neutral/nothing TV. I surfed the entire internet and still no nap, but it was relaxing and that is what I need right now. Today I'll walk the dogs when the sun comes up, check in with work and then try to invest in a binge worthy show and rest.

QOTD - I have no clue, the only ones I can think of already exist. Some sort of DNA experience maybe. Where you take the test and you go through and see all our your ancestry and they 'take you there' and show you where you came from and all your relatives in grand immersive style. It honestly sounds like an Ancestry commercial, so I guess I didn't come up with that on my own - but I think it would be cool.

Accountability - I am drinking so much, probably more than I ever have in my life but I pee constantly. So thankful to not have the fluid/protein intake issues I had with my first surgery. That may have been what made healing more difficult the first time around.

For me 61 felt like 16. But I will be 75 this month and some days I feel like I am 90.

I was 37 for many years, but a couple of years ago I decided I was now 42. I'm still 42.

The pee constantly - that is also the "fat leaving your body" (as as you are losing weight...). When I do clean keto and my get into a stall - then start peeing a lot - I know I would see a drop in weight.

I read somewhere that as our fat cells are releasing the fat, these cell gets more water into them, and it may look like we are neither losing weight, nor losing sizes. We can even temporarily gain weight since fat volume weight less than water.. is As we are consistent with proper diet (or fasting), eventually fat cell give up and start shrinking, releasing the water. That's how some people lose weight "in jumps", or "zig-zag" pattern.

I thought of a new museum I'm interested in building. The Lydia Pinkham museum--focused on her life and her solo attempts to help women's health initiatives, but also on other 19th century women entrepreneurs.

Morning All and Happy Monday,

Back to the grind. Busy week ahead but that's become the norm. Great weekend. Highlight was spending time with Emily, even though she put the brakes on us a couple a couple weeks ago.

QOTD- Unlimited funds means I wouldn't need to rely on outside donations, contributions or income. That being said, I would build a local museum for Chicago music. Exhibits would range from early Chicago, the rise of Blues through Chess Records, The Rolling stones drawing influence from Chicago Blues, invention of house music and the evolution to EDM, lparty dance clubs of the 80s, 90***** scene, homegrown bands that made it, etc.

As an aside, Google has an app where you can visit tons of museums virtually. It's pretty cool.
