Happy anniversary!
I remember my partner laughing at me for wanting to get to the train station early. I always err on the side of early in other countries but their public transportation systems tend to be a lot more dependable than ours. We only booked ahead if we wanted overnight cabins (Sweden and Prague). I remember my first experience showering on a train, too. That was fun.

G'morning all!
Late to the party. That towel meme was me when I went to the ortho Dr. It was raining and I had rain jacket and boots on. When they told me to step on the scale I panicked. I wanted to take everything off but they didn't give me a chance. So I opted not to look at the number.
We had a great weekend. Planned an impromptu hike, after al the recent rains, and was awarded with so much greenery and wild flowers. The green colors were so intense. You might think what's the big deal but these hills go golden by May because of the sun, so seeing them so green and vibrant was a treat. I'll share the pics on Fri.
But...I'd like to share the pics of my Fri wog. Remember I shared that now once a week I attempt to jog on the train tracks? Well, here they are. I can't wait for this track to become a bike track but in the meantime this is where I'll be on Fridays hoping not to hit my shins. I tried to get a good pic on the bridge to show you how high it is and completely empty under, but under the bridge is dark and the pic didn't come out well. Anyways, you get the idea.
QOTD: would I be boring and predictable if I asked for a pastry museum, but with a tasting of each museum piece? I would be there all the time trying to learn more. This reminds me of a science competition that DD was in, she had a plate of brownies on the side for the judges to enjoy while viewing her display. They kept coming back and she went to regionals. I had a feeling it was more due to the brownies that her project.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Epic chicken and my last lean bar (I should never buy them again)
- Iced coffee with PP
- In-n-out protein style cheese burger, and some fries (when I logged them in I could have had another protein style cheese burger and less carbs instead of those darn fries)
- E: 9 miles hike
Happy start of the week!

What a gorgeous path! It will be amazing when its done. In the meantime, my teeth hurt even thinking about running those tracks!

Sheila, which part of the bridge do you run on? I would be terrified to run on the tracks.

The tracks because the metal side part feels very flimsy when I step on it.

Those are beautiful pictures! And coming from a very clumsy person, that would be terrifying to run on.
Your feedback reminds me of weighing in at the WLS clinic. I always emptied my pockets and took off shoes and my outer layer if I was wearing a tank top. Then they told me stories of people who stripped off to their underwear! I get wanting credit for your work, and I don't weigh in with clothes on at home but geez, poor people!

I read somewhere that at one WW meeting, the woman was about 2 oz away from goal and had already stripped down as much as she could. So she went into the bathroom and took her bra off (I am assuming she still had a top on) and came back to reach her goal weight.
