QJB - enjoy your day off of decorating just for fun.
Remember the She is beautiful race in my area a couple of weeks ago? We decided at the time we'd sign up for the one in Santa Barbara. Yesterday was sign up day and we got in. We also got an Airbnb about 4 miles from the start point so we are all set for that race in September. If 5 years ago you had told me I'd be excited signing up for 10Ks I would have called you crazy, but here I am doing exactly that.
QOTD: in life, your day to day interactions, you could warn people that a subject is triggering just to be extra sensitive to their problems. But I agree with a lot of you that in school required reading means required reading. Buckle up and learn. If we all avoid literature or reading material that is triggering to one or the other, as a whole we end up not learning anything.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Amy's egg bites with cream cheese
- Iced coffee w/PP, epic chicken, protein pudding
- Lazy girl caprese salad, hb egg
- E: 5 miles wog

What is lazy girl caprese? Is that where you just have a tomato and mozzarella? Because I have done that and called it a salad!

Why did I know you would be the one to notice it?
Mine is even lazier than that. Mozzarella, cut up. Grape tomatoes. A dipping dish with some salt in it. Dunk the grape tomatoes in the salt, take a bite then have a forkful of mozzarella. In short no presentation. As my grandma would say: eating like a savage.

Opps forgot QOTD: The only thing I know is you can't unsee something so don't go poking your nose into something that may not be to your liking. Also, I know there are some triggers that can cause health problems like flashing in people that have seizures. so, keep those warnings coming. Other than that I don't see the need.

yesterday the internet at work went down around 9:30am. Much of my work is all internet based I decided to go home to work. Once I got home I ended up running errands (returning items I ordered online) then went to workout. So no real work from home so I need to be focused today to get some stuff done.
QOTD: I don't feel that TW are necessary especially in the educational realm.

Good Morning! Happy Joey Day! Em and I will be hitting the road soon and it'll be a long day but so worth it. I don't if I mentioned already that we are heading back up to the bay on Sunday for an A's game so busy weekend!!
