Haha, no list of questions--I am just a naturally curious person and there is clearly no limit to how nosy I will be about your lives, lol. We are such an interesting diverse group brought together with one commonality and I think it's awesome!

Matt- regarding your question about the butcher cutting the roast. Yes most butchers in the grocery store can and will cut your larger pieces of meat into smaller ones for you. Just take the one you selected up to their counter and ask. I have also asked for bones to make bone broth- they will charge for the bones though.

I wish the search still worked on OH. You used to be able to find "what to buy at TJs" "what To buy at Aldis" posts like that.

Good morning ~ Sound like you a super productive day - I love those. Enjoy your fun day! I want to say thank you so much for the love!! The support messages, texts, flowers and gifts were wonderful!! They really made me feel supported and have cheered me up! OH'ers are the best
I'm feeling great with the exception of the terrible headache all night. I really wish they would move on. Very helmet head, hangover, dehydrated feeling. I'm getting in at least 80 ounces of fluids so I'm good there. Still feeling the gas in my chest and shoulders so will walk even more today. This experience is very different from the first surgery where my biggest struggles were dehydration and constipation, neither are an issue this time.
QOTD - I'm not sure how I feel about this. For me, I wouldn't want/need that in my learning environment. For my nephew, who is very intelligent yet on the spectrum, I would. Even my son who has some highly sensitive triggers when he is not mentally strong. There are a lot of mind f***s in the military.
Accountability - great! No hunger so far. I had 1/4c of cream of chicken soup that was savory heaven - who knew?!

The program calls for 1 month decaf. My NUT said if I am getting all my fluids in, one reg cup would be fine starting in week 2. Additional cup in week 3 and so on. She gets me
