Yay, welcome back! That sounds like a good outcome so far! Yep, all the gas migrated to my shoulders and upper back, too. Took a couple of days to work itself out.
Congrats on your new sleeve! The foamies happened to me a couple times those first months, too.

Yay!!!! I'm happy you're doing so well. That's wonderful.
Hernias are notoriously difficult to find on a scan. My surgeon had told me diagnosing them from the symptoms was much better than a scan. I'm glad you got that fixed too.
I was appalled, three days after RNY and having eaten nothing, that I was still up 11 pounds. I felt betrayed. It was all fluid, but still.
