Mornin' All!
It'll be unseasonably warm today, but unfortunately, too windy to bike. I'll probably get out and walk since it'll be too nice to be inside exercising in a pool or on some machine. We've got a Mah Jongg game scheduled for today, first time in probably a month - and it'll be in person rather than online, so I'll be stuck inside for that - although it should be fun, at least. Other than that, class this afternoon. I've been missing a lot of classes lately due to shuffling the mothers around to appointments and/or hanging out at the hospital. At least I'm just an auditor.
QOTD: I can't really say since I buy knock offs and store brands of pretty much everything, but DH raves about Aldi's peanut butter cups. He says they're way better than Reese's.
B: protein shake, coffee with half & half
MS/L: oatmeal topped with Greek yogurt and fruit
AS: protein muffin
D: chickpea sandwich and asparagus soup
have a great day, everyone!
I have a recumbent exercise bike with a million miles on it. Once a year or so I think about getting a road bike. From the time I could wal****il about 17 I rode a bike every single day. But I am absolutely, positively certain that I would now get killed in traffic. No question about it.

Some road in My area have no space for bikes, no shoulder narrow lanes. I see people on bikes - thinking- "spare parts"

I agree Aldi PB cups are better than most. Even trader Joes. Only problem is during they stopped wrapping them individually and now you can just eat them by the handfuls.

Aaah, have him try the Trader Joe's pb cups. I am no expert but according to DH and kids TJ's pb cups are better than any original. They also have them in dark chocolate.

I bought a tub of those about 10 years ago. They were delicious. But when I was done logging it all I decided not to do it again.
Some people can eat one of those a day. I have to eat one container a day.

I'm immune to PB and that's why I get it for the fam. When it's just DH the tub lasts him about 7-10 days. He takes out two every night and eats them with a cup of milk, just like a little kid.
