Hope you mom and MIL improve. And that you're able to work with your mom. You've taken her to a lot of appointments in the past year. She's (they're) lucky to have your support.

Good mornin everyone!
I forgot to mention Friday that I do not have a uti. Soooo I have to decide if I should take this up with the pain clinic. If I do it will probably mean I have to have the pain pump removed. So to say I'm upset and conflicted is an understatement. If you could spare some prayers, good thoughts...whatever you've got, I could definitely use them to make the right choice. I know what I should do but geeez I'm stressed out over it.
Not a lot planned for the day. We do have to pick up the kids from school and have them afterwards. Rachel has youth symphony after school so she won't be here. It's very very foggy outside right now and I love the fog! It's so beautiful. I can barely see the house across the street!
QOTD: not sure on this one. I do not like this place so much. The sunsets and sunrises are awesome though. That's about it! LOL
food is unplanned as my stomach isn't happy this morning.

Did you get tested for Candida? I have internal chronic Candida and when I don't take good care of me (very strict diet ) and it flares, it feels like I have UTI.
UTI can be bacterial, or fungal.
Plus - when I drink any diet soft drinks - it feels like I have UTI. More than one diet Pepsi per week, and..i deal with it. It often takes a few days for that crap to leave my system and stop irritating my bladder: symptoms- Burning, urgency to go, incontinence, etc. That my symptoms after drinking diet Pepsi (I don't like diet coke), or eating too much sugar (even natural, like from apples or grapefruit)

Thinking of you. It's not an easy decision, and you've already been through a lot working to figure these things out.

There may be some options for your urinary symptoms that do not include pump removal.

Good morning, everybody!
DS's schedule is finally straightened out! I am sure that you are all sick of hearing about it, but it was pretty stressful for us. Finally he got into all of his classes for summer and fall and officially has a graduation date of May 9, 2024. Woohoo! As expected, my younger son's schedule went smoothly. He decided to take two summer classes so that his Fall and Spring semesters would be smoother as he goes through his bio and organic chemistry classes. All of theses extra summer school classes will cost just about as much as the Rolex Deep Sea, which I may have formerly been peaking at. Sigh.
This weekend went well. Friday afternoon was 80 thrusters at Crossfit which meant that Friday evening was couch based. Saturday morning was a long lifting session at this field house near Matt. Saturday afternoon was a 10 year anniversary party for one of our gyms. Sunday morning me and Marilyn had ham and then we went out with friends for drinks and dinner last night. The weather cooperated, so we were able to eat outside.
Does anybody follow the Cheap Old Houses Instagram account? There is a house near Chrissy that intrigues me.
Me and Matt are lunching on April 22nd.
Accountability. There was some bread, fries and ketchup. I did manage to lose another pound this week, though. 4.8 and I am going to Dexa.
QOTD: I grew up pretty close to QJB. The friends that I still talk to weekly were the best part of where I grew up.
Breakfast: Ham and potatoes
Lunch: Salad with the canned fish that I got for Christmas
Dinner: Leftover ham
I'm not going to lie. There is a lot of ham to eat. While I am not formally on AHAW, it may look pretty close this week.
Have a great day, all!

I'm glad the offspring locked down their schedules. Some joking leftover ham applications: Ham smoothie, Ham salad, ham-burger, Ham cordon blue - reverse chicken cordon blue, Ham & pineapple kebobs, Ham-musubi - Blend ham and firm into spam-type loafs for ham-musubi. So much ham consumption that you may need to call a hambulance. I actually don't hate the ham-musubi or ham kebobs ideas.
