What's on your Monday Menu?

Good Morning Everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. Ours was nice--it was a fun day with our families yesterday :)
Today I have a busy busy day. I need to get a lot of school work done, reassemble the dining room back into a cookie room, and I am going to a 4 day virtual conference about being a home based-food entrepreneur. I was nominated to get free tickets, and I won! So awesome! Not all of the workshops are relevant for me, so I will pop in and out, but I hope to learn a lot :)
QOTD: What is the best thing about where you grew up? I grew up about 40 miles west of Boston in a small rural town with nothing happening. In retrospect, it was nice to be able to walk to school and be outside with neighborhood kids without adult supervision. I always wished I lived in a city, though.
Accountability: Meh. I really couldn't fit more than a few bites of dinner, and I hadn't eaten anything in the morning so calories were low until the late evening. But after everyone left I was discarding leftovers and for some reason I sat down on the couch with the broccoli casserole dish and I just dug in. I chased that with a few handfuls of potato chips and 2 cookies. Oy.
B: Protein Coffee
S: Babybel Cheese
L: Roast Beef & Butternut Squash
D: ?? Too tired--I can't think that far ahead today!

G'day Your Majesty and all
My 4 day weekend is nearing an end... booo! Our next national public holiday is in two weeks so I shouldn't complain.
QOTD: I'm a city boy and appreciated it. I was lucky to grow up with everything available to me and I try to never take that for granted.
Food: sausage, hamburger patty and ham/cheese, protein shake, protein water, something else when I work it out
Have a great day!
What was the 4 day weekend for? I apologize if you posted previously but I haven't had time to read posts.
Speaking of hamburgers, what toppings do you use and what order are they topped? There's a little question as to which makes a better bite? The toppings on top of the burger or under the burger. Seeing as you're down under, it seems appropriate than they would be under the beef. Also, do you refer to chicken sandwiches as chicken burgers?
Things that make me go hmmmmmm...

The only things I put on a burger are bacon and cheese. The bacon should always be crisp. But the real key is that the bacon should go under the cheese, not on top. It makes a big difference.

We get Good Friday and Easter Monday as public holidays (we also get Christmas Day and the day after as public holidays and if they fall on a weekend, we get the next weekday as a make up day lol) Not bad for a country that has elected an atheist as our Prime minister before haha (our workplace laws do allow public holiday substitution where practical for people that want to swap them for various reasons but most people just take the days, they are more widely seen as traditional rather than religious)
I still don't eat a lot so at the moment it's the patty, with some ham, tomato and cheese on top!
Always on top, down under ;)
I wish we had some of your laws.
