What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Love the sentiment behind that meme. I'm with you on sending the leftovers home with people. I love the fact that now I can leave all the food with my family since they know I've had surgery and they hate wasting food. I can cook for them, eat a tiny bit, and leave the rest behind!

Good morning -- I have never quite felt the way of that meme but I have tried to put on a sports bra when I was fresh out of the shower and not full dried off and called that my workout....and getting out of one after a good sweat always makes me think about cutting it off.
Light meeting day today so I should be able to get through everything I didn't do this week! GNO with dinner and a concert with a group I love (War and Treaty) that I haven't had the change to see live before.
QOTD - I just finished the third/final book in the Nena Knight series; it was a pre-release but the other two are available and it's a good series. I liked The Underdogs podcast, it's a short one, only 3 episodes so not a huge commitment. The new season of Top Chef is good, so is Picard, Yellowjackets, The Last of Us, The Mandalorian, Strange New Worlds, Perry Mason. Since season 9 comes back on Monday, I will recommend Brokenwood Mysteries on Acorn, it's a cozy mystery series set in New Zealand. I am half way through both The Spite House by Johnny Compton (very good scary with lots of dread developing) and Tomb of the Queen by Joss Walker, a fun romp about a librarian that gets inducted into the CIA to fight with magic. Recent reads that I have been recommending are Device Free Weekend by Sean Doolin, Red Queen by Juan Garcia-Jurado, What Have We Done by Alex Finley, and The Forever Witness by Edward Humes. I also liked the now completed Ninth House/Hellbent duology by Leigh Bardugo. You also can't go wrong with Jane Harper"s Aaron Faulkner series which just concluded (the movie with Eric Bana, The Dry, based on the first book is also very good).
My plan is for both rowing and weights today so it will be a good exercise day.

Honestly, Jen--tell us. Did Professor McGonagall give you a Time Turner? I truly think you have more hours in the day than the rest of us.

Says the woman who launched a successful small business while getting her MBA and talking about needing some hobbies, lol. Honestly, it's the needing less sleep than most people -- I really don't know how people that need 8 or more hours of sleep on the regular get all the things done! They have to be incredibly organized to fit it all in, I think. It helps that I love to read because it's an easy thing to do when everything is closed and everyone else is asleep -- having the unfinished basement gym is also great when it's 2 am and I'm wide awake.

Jen, I did end up cutting one because my shoulder was killing me and I couldn't get out of it. Lesson learned.

Oh, I can totally see that -- it was so much worse when my shoulder was hurt too; I switched to fastenable vs overhead sports bras then but they really don't give as much support.

I refuse to use any sport bra that requires to put it over your head,. Nope. Never. I would cut it off.
