Seeing pictures of the 2 of you always bring a smile to my face. Warming, nice smile, happy to see happy people.

QOTD: Instagram, tiktok, Twitter... nope. Plus ...i never learned how to drive a bicycle. As an adult I tried to learn, but the pressure on my private parts was very painful and really discouraged me to put sny effort into it. And yes - I tried padded bike shorts and seats for women. Still - nope.

Accountability: whisky... ugh.. I may ask Keith to put it in the detached garage for now.

And I woke up with muscle cramps...ugh..

We do have Good Friday off, but with a more "stat holidays" being invented, I may turn that into a floating holiday next year. We already have one - if people want to celebrate their culture holiday. So one more can be also like that.

I was bloated yesterday and backed up. So today I need to work to get more liquids into me. Less cheese. Ugh.

Eats: (IF)

Liquids liquids liquids- coffee included, with a little extra miralax..

L: egg drop soup (homemade) with some avocado and lemon juice...and extra sodium.. (when I add lemon juice to my chicken or egg drop soup- I can add a little bit more salt to help with electrolytes balance).

D: not sure. I would like to get shrimps, but Dewey loves them and I think he is allergic to shellfish. Ugh.. when I get- make shrimps- he can eat more than I. Seriously.

G'morning all!

QJB - how do you choose the everyday memes? I feel like you are in my house and see me and think this will be great to get Sheila thinking...see confession below. I seriously laughed out loud about the rowing machine and height difference, I was picturing you with your tiny legs trying to reach the pedals that Grim had used.

My name is Sheila, and I'm an addict. My transfer addiction after WLS has been protein bars because I can't eat candy bars. On Tuesday I told myself I need to cut off the Lean bars from my diet. I resisted one full day, then yesterday by 10:00 am I had one, by noon I had the second one, and by 3:00 pm I added a Barebells bar because why the heck not? If I'm going down might as well go down gloriously. And then the thought of "the day is ruined anyway" led me to Lily's sf chocolate. I am so upset at myself, can't do anything else but dust myself off and start another day with the intention of not using protein bars as candy bars.

QOTD: I have never had a PB&J sandwich. I have tasted Mac & cheese because of my kids but I have never had/eaten a bowl of Mac & cheese

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Mexican Cauliflower rice w/ground turkey
  • Protein pudding(2), Lean bar (2), Barebells bar, sf Lily's chocolate
  • Some sort of middle eastern flalafel but instead of grain was filled with meat
  • E: cardio + weight

I think mac and cheese is over rated but a good pb&j (crunchy jif and grape jelly only) is divine
