Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Your paper sounds like a bible study I was taking. It is a 5 book study and no one but me did the first two books. When I would say well that was in book one, they would all look at me. This is one of the reasons we changed churches because it was all about the who and not about the why.
I am so glad it is Wednesday. I love Survivor night. I can't wait to see what goes on since no one was voted off last week because someone bowed out do to a stupid injury so it should be good.

G'morning all!
LOL, QJB, please tell me you posted that meme with me in mind. When I was teaching DD how to cook pasta (real Italian way) that was the first thing I would tell her, keep stirring. Hope your paper goes smoothly, you are the queen of HR so I'm sure you know more than the prof.
My trainer has come up with a new way to torture me. In addition to weight days, where she has complete control over what I do, she has come up with a suggestion for my cardio days. According to her my 5 miles wog has become too easy for me. Says who? I haven't do ne it faster or better, I'm stagnant. We have railroad tracks near by that is supposed to become a bike track in the next 5 years or so. It goes up and down the coast and once it's a bike track it will be beautiful. But for now it's an old rail track. She told me, no she commanded me, to go run on the tracks. I'm like why? She said because you need to pay attention where you put your feet. Wouldn't you know, she was right? In certain areas I had to jump, certain places my steps were shorter, while in other areas longer. In short it wasn't an idle jog, my head was in the game because otherwise I would have fallen. Certain places was a high bridge with nothing under, you bet I was paying full attention. I survived it and I told her I don't wanna do it all the time but I'm not against doing it once a week.
QOTD: I know childhood home numbers but since we've had smart phones I don't even know my own son's number. I entered it into my phone once he got his phone and after that I click on his name to call him (not that he answers much), so I admit that since smart phones I have become lazy and do not remember phone numbers any more.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Chicken skewers
- Protein pudding, epic chicken, iced coffee w/PP
- Egg roll in a bowl
- E: 4 miles railroad wog
Happy hump day!

I fear you would disown me if you saw me eat pasta. I've only tried it once since surgery, maybe 5 years ago,and it was too uncomfortable. But I only ever made it plain, with butter and salt. No sauce or anything. Sorry.
I never ran on railroad tracks. But if I was too annoying as a kid, one of my father's favorite lines was "Go out in the street and play on the white lines."

Nope, not disowning:
1)I can't eat pasta either, 2 forkfuls and I'd be in pain
2) my kids for the longest time wanted only pasta w/butter. You can be one of the kids.
But, from what I hear you can bake bread like nobody else...hence we are buddies and nobody disowns anybody.
