What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Hello Friends! Happy Hump Day! This week is going by too quickly. I have so much to do! The paper I am working on is particularly annoying because the directions are so unclear. It's clearly part 2 of a bigger assignment, and they keep referring to "the previous question" and "in part 1" which obviously I am not privy to, so I am just winging it:)
QOTD: Do you have a good memory for numbers? I have no idea why, but I remember strings of numbers forever. I still remember all of the phone numbers of my childhood friends. We changed our router yesterday and I had to spout out the string of numbers about 20 times as we changed all of our wifi connected devices.
Ok, my anniversary dinner leftovers are gone, so back to normal today!
B: Protein Coffee
L: Veggie Burger on mini Naan

Good morning and happy Wednesday! This week is so long. I woke up at two wide awake and ready to watch The Mandalorian so I did. I will be curious if I sleep past two on Wednesdays when this season is over, lol.
I really did not want to leave the house yesterday to go see my trainer but I did and she rewarded me with a crazy new work out that I am feeling this morning so that's nice, then I spent an hour on the phone with a friend of a friend picking his brain about my potential 2024 vacation idea and then another hour catching up with my bestie. Very good Tuesday indeed.
Today is just rowing, work and possibly shoveling some snow, it's too early to look outside and see what the accumulation was but I can see that it's down to 15 degrees so coldy-cold.
QOTD - sometimes I question if I have my address right so that's a hard no for me! I can usually remember all the numbers in something but the order will generally be wrong.
menu today will be
coffee plus half and half X 3
scrambled egg
deli turkey with slice cheese
I definitely need to make the chicken breasts I defrosted so I'm thinking greek spices and then have that with tzatziki and carrots.
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone, we are half way through the week!

The spicy chicken recipe you gave me, is still one of my favorite. In my virtual recipe book it is under Jen's spicy chicken.

Morning. I'm up early and have a busy day ahead. ugh.
QOTD: it depends, but mostly - no. I can make myself to remember numbers, but often don't if that information can be available to me as I need it.
I have a haircut today. I used to have very thick hair and I notice my hair falling out and thinning on top of my head. I'm not sure if the starting the Synthroid for hypothyroid did that, or the new hair oil I started using roughly at the same time. So I stopped using the oil, and ordered the one I used to use: "Kerastase elixir ultime oil". I was introduced to it on one of our cruise and I absolutely love how great it worked for my hair. Just a few drops on wet or dry hair.
I have been eating mostly keto and sometimes I am amazed how small my pouch can feel when I eat the correct food. On "a whatever diet", I could eat a sandwich, then some apple, and a dessert. Now - 2 small pickles and 3 oz of ham and I'm full. Or 3 pieces of ribs. Also - looks like the consistency of the diet is working. When I started keto - I lost the initial 5 lbs then I was in a stall for 2 months. Then I started losing, but losing slowly. I don't want to jinx it, but I think there is a good chance I can lose another 5-6 lbs in the next 2.5 months. That would put me closer to my goal for our trip to Poland in July. We planned a 3 weeks trip to Europe, but with Keith starting a new job, we didn't feel right for him to ask for a 3 weeks off 3 months after he was hired. So instead - we plan to go to Poland for a week. We can do that since the company he works for now - they close for a whole week around July 4th. Nice, no? He also knows he can take an additional 1-2 days if we need that.
food today:
B (IF) -so liquids.
L: liquids - I ate very late last night, so I need to wait until at lest 4 or 5 pm before I eat...
D: not sure... some meat and veggies. or just meat... lol. My IF: intermittent fasting - having at least 14 hrs of not eating but drinking lots of liquids - is more important for my IBS-C that my weight loss. I have SIBO, and when I don't take at least 14 hr break from eating solid foods - I may end up with severe pain. My gut trained me. lol.
