Good Morning! Happy Anniversary JB and Grim. I hope you start feeling better today. I'll be celebrating taco Tuesday with my newest dinner phase of chicken tacos.

QOTD: Probably trendy. Emily was pretty popular at the time we named her but we liked how it flowed with her middle name (Margaret, after John's grandma).

TSS: 8 years 6 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: P3 pack or protein puffs or protein bar, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: Chicken tacos with zero net carb tortillas, cauliflower rice, a banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate or York peppermints

ES: Cottage cheese

E: Treadmill and elliptical time

V/W: On track
