Good mornin everyone.
PCP appointment today. Will be glad to get it over with. I slept so hard last night it seems every inch of me is in some type of pain. Still tired all the time. Hopefully we'll get some answers coming after today.
We're under a high wind warning here today...AGAIN. Just had one last Friday. Sustained around 40 and gust up to or over 70mph. I hate this shiny weather so much. The wind is just about constant. We're also in a fairly severe brought so we're also under a fire weather and red flag warnings. YUCK I say. I wish my appointment wasn't today because I'd like to stay home and watch a certain event....hopefully we'll be done before the actual proceedings happen.
QOTD: well mine would be a mashup. I always wanted to name a boy after my grandpa, Alfred. Not super super unique but not exactly normal. The other names I like are Elwood(my grandpas middle name), Rosella. Ellison(my niece Riley's middle name). There are more. My name is pretty unique...esp together. Sunshine is my middle name.
Food is totally undecided for the most part. We're going to do half a brisket in the crock pot for dinner.

Morning Queen and all
Happy anniversary!
QOTD: My lifetime rule is to make the name easy to spell. Let your kid have a normal name lol Save the creativity for something you can change later!
Food: tuna salad, cheese and crackers, Turkey bolognaise, protein shake, protein water
Have a wonderful day!
Good morning, everybody!
Today is registration day for our older son, so we have our fingers crossed. We (Marilyn, my son and his guidance counselor, mostly) were able to make some good progress last week: we got his transcript updated to show the two summer classes that he took last year, that, in turn, made him a senior and got him Tuesday registration instead of Wednesday. We found a path that allows him to graduate in May with the major, concentration and minor that he wanted, and he made sure that none of those classes are offered at the same time. If this works he will have a normal workload his Senior year and won't have to try and do anything crazy schedule-wise.
Now, he needs to submit his electronic registration form as soon as his time slot opens (I think 3:00). To the extent that any of his classes are oversubscribed, he basically needs to go and beg the professors to let him in by explaining that he can't graduate on time without the classes.
Like I had said earlier, I feel like this is the first baby step towards retirement for me. So, I'm hoping for the best today.
My GHD and kip swing numbers at the end of March were 900 and 700. I'm certainly not killing it the way Jen is crushing her rowing challenge, but I am still confident that I can get to 5,000 each. Maybe April will be a big month with the better weather.
QOTD: Definitely classic for me.
Breakfast: Berries and RX Bar
Lunch: Steak
Dinner: Egg Roll in a bowl
Have a great day, all!
