What's on your Monday Menu?
Love the meme. QJB- hope you feel better and have an accomplished day of papers and cookies.
I had a meeting this morning so came to work instead of the usual day off. My mom fell at home 2 weeks ago resulting in a L1 compression fracture. I have been dutifully checking in on her by phone )she lives in Montana). Apparently she hasn't been letting on how bad she is struggling at home. My younger sister has been helping her but sounds like mom is spending the bill of the day in bed d/t pain. She already had some neurological back pain from old disc disease. Anyway I got a call this weekend with the true updates from my sister so I am driving over to spend the rest of the week with her and help out. Luckily I can take my work computer home and telecommute. I leave tomorrow morning bright and early. I prepped my meals and will pickup a few items when I get there so I can stay on plan. I also already signed myself up with some hot yoga classes.
tomight I am going to another monthly mystery movie with my friend hoping it is as good as the last one I might try to get in a walk on the treadmill before to burn some calories
QOTD: trapeze artist looks fun. Although I am not great with heights.
accountability: excellent yesterday. Saturday was a free eat day so feel like I am recovering from that.
Usual yogurt salads and protein frosty.

I'm glad you're able to pack up and help the family out for the week. Hopefully your mom improves rapidly and doesn't ignore her physical issues.
Enjoy the movie tonight!
