Good morning ~ Enjoy the rower, very cool!! I've been wanting one for a long time, but I really can't justify that when I barely use what I have right now. That will change soon enough, so maybe in the future. I had a lovely weekend, lots of rest that I wanted plus the beach, a hike and golf - it was fun. Work will be very busy but not not one doctor appt this week!
QOTD - If movies and murder shows have taught me anything, it's that clowns kill and criminals on the lam often hide as circus workers.
Accountability - Saturday I wanted to eat the world (just ate extra veggies), Sun was the opposite, I didn't eat all my allowed food.
B - coffee, fairlife protein shake
l - fairlife protein shake
d- pollo asada taco in a bowl
s- l&f yogurt, string cheese, SF popsicle
Have a great day!!

Good Morning! I hope you feel better soon and get some rest even with several to-do items. I had a good weekend and I'm hoping for a good payroll week. Em is starting to explore her budget and possible dorm-like situations so that's exciting (and scary for Mama).

I kind of suspected when she had such a great time visiting ASU that she was going to be looking to move into her own place soon. It's hard, because you want them to be independent, just not right now.
