Ok, I'll tell. By "someone" he means my mother. And it's so sad because alllllllll she wants to do is feed this man! It's her #1 goal in life.

There are many things about which I am agonizingly stupid. Telling Julia's mom that her cooking gives me the sh%ts is not one of them. That extends to outing her here.

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Love that meme! I do like cauliflower but also carbs and dairy. Nut milks...not so much. Hope you feel better and are able to do what you need for your cookies and papers. Yay for the rowing machine!

QOTD- I'd probably take care of the poor animals. I'm pretty uncoordinated for performing outside of maybe shooting. Cique du Soleil is more my speed.

Working from home today and much of this week. Don't even remember what's on the calendar for today besides that it starts at 7:30.

Accountability- McDonald's oatmeal. Can't remember the last time I went to a McDonald's. But I knew they had that. Needed extra food and still can't chew, so it worked for 8am on a Sunday. Also had some mushroom soup that was good. The dogs got the big pieces.

Exercise- Nope.

Menu - Protein oatmeal, Ratio yogurt, maybe an oikos yogurt, protein shake, hummus maybe with clearance naan I got last week.

Have a great Monday, everyone!

Good morning and happy monday; I don't mind oat or nut milk but you can keep the kale and the cauliflower everything, please.

QOTD - I am not a fan of circuses and have been glad that most of them have shut down but since we are pretending I work at one, I'll be a trapeze artists. I did hear that Ringling might be working on a comeback but will not have animals. QJB, the axe throwing place we went to had throwing stars as an option, I bet you could find one with throwing knives and give it a try!

Busy monday ahead in a busy week; today I also need to get some rowing miles in and some weights; I'll do weights after work, rowing before, I think.

menu today

coffee plus half and half X2

left over sausage

RGF chicken strips

some tbd preparation of my chicken breasts I defrosted, maybe I will bust out the grill!

Have a great day everyone!

We did axe throwing a few months ago! She was pretty good. She has a ferocious War Face.

Bonjour Queen, all

Sounds very yum! Not that I did much for Easter even when I could eat whatever but I really want an egg or a treat this year lol of course I do.

Hope you feel better soon.

Been having my best mental health days in weeks and weeks, finally turning a corner with the strange overwhelm anxiety I?ve experienced since about week 3 of this post surgery journey. I?ll take that as a big win!

QOTD: I?d be the announcer. I am not designed for anything else lol

Food: Ham and cheese with chutney & crisp bread lunchable, Turkey/kidney/spinach chilli with a little protein pasta, protein water, protein shake and we shall see.

Have the best day everyone!

Do you know what Deviled Eggs are? We make them for easter every year. I serve as a side with ham and Kielbasa.
