What's on your Monday Menu?
on 4/3/23 2:51 am
Hellllllllllo Monday! I am not ready for it, personally. I am fighting off a cold and I would love another day off, but I need to work on Easter orders and papers today, so I need to get moving.
Grim got an iFit rowing machine! I have been feeling too blah to try it, but I hope to rally today and do a work out on it. It looks awesome.
QOTD: If you worked at the circus, which job would you want? I wish I had acrobatic skills--those giant trampolines look so fun :) But I think I would like to be a knife thrower. I saw a TikTok video with someone doing some wild tricks and I was enthralled and imagining myself with a whole new career path, haha.

Buenos días, Reina!
Im sorry you have a cold. That sucks. I wish you could just relax today but Easter cookies are probably a thing. We are celebrating a birthday today so I have an entire Costco chocolate cake in my fridge. My Costco didn't have the chocolate peanut butter pie that broke the internet lol. They said "Thursday! Get here early!"
QOTD: I wouldn't be able to work for the circus cuz I don't think they're particularly nice to the animals. Now have you seen Cirque Du Soleil?! Those are some phenomenal talented people!
B: Boars Head Ever Roast chicken and havarti cheese
L: chicken salad on toast
D: I think we are going out. TBD!
Have a fab day!!!
Cirque du Soleil is something else. The music and the acrobatic is off the charts.

Please, everyone, please, do not send JB throwing knives.
Don't even get me started on oat milk.

We were invited to someone's house for dinner, all stuff I eat, and i had wicked diarrhea the next morning. I figured it's just a coincidence. Several months later, another dinner, more diarrhea the next morning. I told JB I wasn't going to dinner again. Turns out it was the oat milk in the mashed potatoes.
I couldn't taste the difference, but I'm never going near oat milk, ever again. If it's supposed to be healthy, my body just won't tolerate it.

I don't add milk anymore. They have so much butter they mash nicely without it.
And really, isn't butter just stiffened milk?
