Good morning ~ Pretty bracelet! Yesterday was a rush and I ended up staying late at work but it was worth to take care of everything and be able to enjoy the weekend. Today we are taking the dogs to the beach - they are so cute and happy running around there plus it will be sunny out - yay! Otherwise, it's car stuff, house stuff, basketball, BBQ and Dateline featuring a local murder case of Kristin Smart.
QOTD - I don't know - it would have something do with reading and/or writing.
Accountability - Excellent - though I seriously look forward to dinner and could eat a shoe.
B- coffee w/fairlife protein
l-fairlife protein
D- pollo asada w/tomato, onion, cilantro and hot sauce
s- L&F yogurt, string cheese, SF popsicle, SF jello
Have a wonderful day!

Happy Saturday everyone! That gradient is beautiful, the color matching must be a real pain!! I feel you on the winds, ours were blowing all night like crazy which is bad because our first of the season wildfire was over 1,000 acres yesterday...too early in the year for this.
My March rowing total was 60 miles, putting me at 175 on my goal of 600 miles this year so still ahead of schedule! I haven't decided if I will row this morning or box, but one of the two is on the plan after this cup of coffee.
QOTD - if I had all the money, I would have a book/tea shop where I could also offer bespoke travel itineraries (but just the planning/research, you have to do all the booking)....or a movie theater where I could just play the genre movies and have different little themes...oh wait, in this fantasy I have all the money so it is now one large tea/book/movie complex with travel planning services.
I've got some errands to run today and then a friend and I are going to our local dinner theater; they are closing after this season (and 40 years) so I'm glad to get in one last time. I saw my first live theater (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the forum) outside of school at this place back with the National Honor Society when I was a teen, also the first time I ever had Chicken Cordon Blu, which I will be having again tonight.
menu
coffee plus half and half X2
tbd on lunch
dinner chicken cordon blu and caprese salad
Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!

I so would be a frequent visitor to your establishment!

Why are the seasonal Reese's peanut butter treats so much better than the usual cups? Perhaps a change in the ratio of peanut butter to chocolate? The chocolate also seems softer.
overall, the liver biopsy went well. I did do it without sedation. However you could still feel the biopsies as a mild back cramp or a weirds pressure in the abdomen. I would say not for the faint of heart to do without sedation if you are especially sensitive to discomfort. I did have a vagAl response after where my BP dropped, sweating and nausea. This was after the needle was out. They said not unusual response. I got a liter of IV fluid and nausea Med. Also head down (to increase blood to head) with feet up in the stretcher. It was a weird feeling. I recovered nicely and went home without problem. Very Mild muscle type discomfort today. 5 days of weight lifting restriction (15 lbs). Back to yoga this morning!
QOTD: Travel the world.
today will be an "free" calorie day but usually follow the same eating patterns with some popcorn or regular chocolate.
E: 90 minutes hot hatha yoga

There e only 1 time I wish I wouldn't have gotten sedations is when it took 6 tries for the IV. I've overwhelmingly wanted sedation when I couldn't have it more so.
I agree...give me drugs!

Glad your biopsy went well. One of my fears for yesterday was the possibility of feeling bone crack. I'm quickly learning to appreciate sedation to spare the trauma of the procedure. Really wish there wasn't a driving bam, though.

QOTD- i would go to Jen's bookstore/travel store. I would love to travel. I would love to have the time to do all of the hobbies that I have instead of them just collecting dust.
Mel you do such beautiful work! It is amazing to me.
I finally saw John Wick 4 yesterday. It was amazing, I loved it. There was so much going on I would love to see it again and see what I missed.
I got 40 hours work in this week yeah!
I thought that I DVR'd my Sea Dragons but it wasn't there, so I had to watch more Ted Lasso. The irony is that I hate soccer but I love this show.
Nothing planned today except getting more Fairlife Milk today.
Have a great day everyone!
