What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Hmmm...I use one PP and the other ingredients and I divide every batch into 3 servings. I haven't had any separation issues. Actually, the more it stays in the fridge the thicker it gets. In my enthusiasm in mixing and matching I have now about 10-12 containers of different flavor pudding in the fridge and none of them are separating.
Did you use a blender to mix?

It's been a long time, but I think I just mixed the powder in by hand, after the pudding set. But I could be misremembering.

That could have been the problem.
The liquid is premier protein shake. Then you add the pudding powder (2 tbsp or 14 gr) of your choice and blend. So the pudding is setting with Premier Protein as its liquid.

I did a lot of protein powder pudding after surgery. I mixed the powder and milk in the blender and threw the pudding in while the blender was still going. You open up the little thing in middle of blender cover and pour it in. It never separated. It only works with regular milk, not any of the nut milks.

It's going. I honestly haven't seen any improvements. I have done 6 weeks so far and another 6 weeks to go. I was told my shoulder might need surgery, but the knee I just need to deal with it and take care of it with tons of stretches.

Sorry to hear. I have come so far in just 4 weeks with my shoulder. He has seen so much improvement he doesn't want to see me for 4 weeks. I do 3 simple stretches twice a day and ice down for 20 minutes after. What kind of stretches do they have you doing>
