What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

I'm reminding myself that just because my favorite bakery is around the corner (and 75 minutes from home) doesn't mean I have to go get an apple fritter. Sometimes the battle is a day at a time...least in my head.

Good morning ~ The thin mint bar is awesome - I love that crunchy cookie layer. Eugene is gorgeous and Inigo in the Burt Reynolds pose or is it the George Constanza? Love it. I ended up staying late at work last night to finish some work and I'm so glad I did. Today I need to run a work errand on my way in and finish up the work month so I can still leave at noon! This week went by so fast. I am looking forward to a mellow relaxing weekend, nesting, catching up on my shows and not much else.
QOTD -10/10 I can't say enough good things about Farilife Protein, true game changer. 10/10 Steven King who has kept me so entertained this past year.
Accountability - Excellent! I was so busy I didn't have any of my snacks. Tempted to snag a piece of Robs bacon at dinner, but I caught myself. At least I can have bacon post op!
B- coffee w/fairlife protein
l- fairlife protein
d- chicken skewers and mexican cauli rice or salad
s- L&F yogurt, string cheese
Have a wonderful day!!

I love those shakes. Tastes like really good milk! I just wish I could find them here.

Good Morning on this Fri-yay! Sounds like you had a very productive day and will for the next few! I don't have much planned for the weekend, some rest and reading before the chaos of payroll next week. John is heading the A's game tomorrow (so grateful he is able to make the drive but he'll have to stop a few times within the roughly three hour drive since his knee still tightens up). I am going with him to a game on the 16th.

Good morning, everybody!
Day 28. Monday, I weigh in and I will report back on what progress (if any) that I made over the 30 days. These are the mishaps that I think that i have had over the 4 weeks:
- The sip of Latte that was supposed to be Decaf Americano
- The tea at Holu was Brown Rice Tea - didn't notice that until I was paying the check
- Some Kimchi has sugar in it. I had no idea
- The aforementioned braising incident
- I didn't have my readers and bought the wrong bag of shelled pistachios. It had

I will come back later and catch up.
