I love how some of these recipes are so darned simple! Somehow makes me think of making muddy buddies with Chex cereal, too! Have never heard of this. Thank you. :)

I wasn't a big cereal eater as a kid but I do remember putting alot of sugar on my cereal (you could actually scrape it off the bottom of the bowl), even the sugar cereals (think Captain Crunch, Frosted Flakes).

I am glad you pushed the complaints about your abdominal pain. I do hope the EGD is negative and your pain is just muscle related. Did backing down your diet to protein drinks help with the pain?

Is the Galapagos trip a cruise?

I do remember the occasions with sugar sludge as well. Kind of glad to have grown out of that quickly!

It would be great for this to be muscle-related. Sadly, I have an inkling it won't be just based on the last week. The protein drinks have definitely helped. The pain is still present but doesn't spread further into my abdomen this way. Eating or drinking anything causes quite the chorus from my stomach and intestines right now!

Yes, this one is on a boat with a managed itinerary. There are only about 15 people, so not a big cruise. They manage how many can be out there for conservation purposes, so that makes me happy. It's a packed trip, and I'm a bit happy on this one to just show up and have them take care of the rest. I'm normally not a very structured traveler!

Good morning all! It is back to work for me after 10 days off. Ugh. There will be 100000 emails waiting for me most of which will have already addressed by someone else, but I still have to look through them. Maybe I will just move them over to read. lol

Menu: Undetermined. Standard protein shake and fruit. Lunch is the food truck. It usually has something acceptable to eat.

I am posting a photo of me at dawn on the beach at Sanibel. I don't have any photo sizing software and it might be too big?
