Good Morning, Everyone! Wishing you all giant Cheerios for breakfast this morning :)

Yesterday was a god day for me. I was able to crank out a bunch of things and I am feeling pretty ready for another big class this weekend :) More of the same today.

In very fun news, I did end up purchasing a (too-expensive-but-necessary) electric dough sheeter, and today I intend to make a few batches and try it out. I'm so excited!

QOTD: Are you good at identifying actors without looking them up? After I turn on a show or movie I spend more time on IMDB than actually watching it, because I recognize everyone but I can never place them without help. In related news we just started watching the Netflix show, The Night Agent. It's good! And just about everyone in it is someone who I recognize, so I think I pulled my phone out 15 times/episode and probably missed some important plot points because of it, haha.

B: Protein Coffee & Egg Bites

L: Thin Mint Lean Bar

Good morning QJB and menuers!

Love the meme. When we were kids we had Cheerios (store brand) a lot. We walked in on mom pouring sugar on her cereal when we were little and asked what it was. She didn't want us adding sugar to our food and told us it was cheese. Imagine her surprise when we told her we wanted cheese on our Cheerios, too.

That sounds like a kitchen gadget that will save you major pain. Glad you have it.

More working from home today. This one is planned since I'll drop off the dogs and then head up to the hotel for the dentist thing in the AM. Guess it's a drawback of living too far from the specialists and needing procedures that don't allow you to drive. So I'll be up there until Saturday morning. Will be taking plenty of protein shakes!

After some doctor roulette yesterday, I'm scheduled for an EGD pending insurance approval for next Wednesday. They weren't keen on me switching to protein shakes for food and that got a reaction. Course, the test tells me they think it might be something else not related to gallbladder. So we'll see!

I did take the plunge and book the Galapagos trip this week, if not on the ship I'd hoped for. It's nice to have something to look forward to! I'm excited for a bit of research and planning. Feels like I'm hemorrhaging money for a bit but it's worth it!

Accountability- Nothing to report. Got in my fluids.

Exercise- Nope

Menu - Protein shakes and I'll try a yogurt.

Happy Thursday!

It does look amazing! I'm opting for the Eastern route with more green. There's kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, and critters aplenty. I love adventure travel. :)

Awesome that you were able to book your trip. I hope you get some answers on what might be causing the issues you're experiencing.
