What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Holy moly...you are superwoman.
I've read all speculations about the Last of US season 2, and I'm not happy with certain routes they might take to match the game.
You are always our Mando previewer. Just told DH tonight's episode is good. He said you heard from your CO friend? Yup!

Dang! What was that commercial "we do more in the morning than most people do all day" or something like that? Was it a military commercial? How can you have anything left to do today? You will be twiddling your thumbs.

Good morning everybody!
We did a rowing workout last night, that was pretty good: 21 calorie row/72 jump rope, 15 calorie row/60 jump rope, 9 calorie row/48 jump rope. Three sets with 3:00 rest between sets. I stayed pretty consistent - 4:57, 4:55 and 5:05. Maybe got a little tired in that last set.
I had it on my mental list last week to text Trish and check in on her, but I forgot to do it. If I don't write things down on a physical list they just go out the window. I hope that she is doing OK.
I am officially undecided about the OH conference. I will think about it over the next couple of weeks. I also saw that John Cougar Mellencamp is coming to Chicago in the next few weeks. I am kind of tempted to go after the reviews yesterday.
Tonight is our last LaCroix happy hour. I am looking forward to having a glass of Cabernet next week. Especially when I look into my computer screen and see others with their wine glasses tilting up.
QOTD: Thats a lot of talking for this introvert, I think that I will pass on both. I'm not sure that I need chipmunks interrogating me about my whereabouts and intentions.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and salmon
Lunch: salad
Dinner: Chicken
Have a great day. all!

Didn't she post yesterday and you responded to her?

That's a tough workout Greateight.
I made a variation of it that I could self time and I think it will make a great hotel workout. Yesterday, I tested and confirmed that one lap (400m) as fast as I could on my manual setting is 21 cal for me.
1 fast lap, 78 jumprope
1 fast lap, 60 jump rope
1 fast lap, 48 jump rope
2 laps slow and steady
