Hmm. Just as a data point, I've had very low K since they started testing. It just got to the very bottom of acceptable ranges during my last bloodwork. I still bruise at everything and have issues...but my clotting times were normal. I take a crazy amount of K supplements now. Hope they're able to figure out what's causing yours!

I had to twist arms to get them to test for vitamin K. They said low levels are rare, because A: it's absorbed low in the intestines, well beyond where we are bypassed, and B: there is a lot of K in foods people eat, and seldom needs to be supplemented or tested for. Turns out, K is mostly just in green leafy things. Hence my desire for the test.

Glad you found shakes you can tolerate! That's a big deal. I've become a fan of the Fairlife chocolate ones and get them from Costco when I visit the family in Georgia.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Wow that Meme cannot be any truer. My brother makes Bacon with no sulfates in his smoker, and I just ordered 2 lbs. thick cut that my neighbor is going to candy for me. I am kinda excited about that.
I am pretty sure I have RSV. Tomorrow will be a week of this chest and head clogged up. I hack and cough and sleep has been minimal. I been looking for a cure but all I see is that this is a let it run its course kind of virus. I am sick of being sick. I want a good night sleep.
