What's on your Monday Menu?
I'm almost 15 years out and my pouch and my intestines still hate me when I eat too early. I would get either nausea, or gut cramps or both. So ..I resigned to not to eat anything with calories until app 6 hrs or longer after I get up. I drink l black coffee, teas, water and electrolytes drinks (the last - if I need them ( no eating - including protein drinks - I became allergic - sensitive to them anyway)

Good morning and happy Monday! Hope everyone is ready for the week!
I had a great weekend with lots of relaxing, I also have seen John Wick and enjoyed it. If anyone was thinking Yellowjackets would not be as crazy this season, the first episode will disabuse you of that thought! I have a couple of busy weeks ahead so I really took advantage of not having a lot planned. I did get in some good exercise (checked off my 52 week in a row using my boxing/strength all/weights program which was a goal).
qotd - I'm working on less online time so I would say my most frequent ones these days are the daily brain games (wordle, worldle, globle, framed and duolingo), the site as well as the courtjeweler and my library.
I am in a two day certification class today and tomorrow plus I have dinner with friends and then seeing John Mellencamp perform.

i woke up feeling full this morning so just coffee and something light when I get around to it. I know I will be having chicken tenders at dinner tonight so try to balance it out that less than stellar choice. This restaurant has some good spicy ones though and I rarely go there.

Congrats on the 52 week goal! I haven't had time to watch YJ's yet!!!! I'm working from home tomorrow and will make time. It was basketball all this weekend.

yeah, you don't have the luxury of waiting to see if any resale tickets get discounted last minute. I haven't seen that with happen with TTB though either way. They tend to always be high demand around here.
