What's on your Sunday menu?

LOL that is so me too! At least it feels that way.

Not a lot going on today that I know of. My mom might work in the yard a bit. We already have lilac buds! Crazy! For me it's another chainmaille day and I might do some more resin stuff. My first items, besides the skull, are demolded and came out ok. I have a lot to learn but they should make some cute earrings and pendants. I have some ideas that will be awesome I think. Combining both resin and chainmaille! I'll take some photos this afternoon and post them in tomorrows thread.

QOTD: what is the worst experience you've had when traveling?

I have an easy winner. When I was 8 or 9 we visited family in Missouri. As if that wasn't bad enough(I kid) we went on a river boat. Innocent enough but my mom and me got trapped in a bathroom stall. I am not sure why we were in there together, it was super busy so that may be why. We were stuck for a couple of hours. It was hot and humid and it just plain sucked. Sorry but the weather in Missouri sucks. It's like the nations arm pit with the weather factor.

B: protein pancakes with sausage and coffee x2

L: pork chops, Brussels sprouts and jalapeño poppers

D: probably a PP shake

S: rice crispy treat (I know, very bad choice, small yogurt parfait

Good morning Mel and weekend menuers!

Happy Sunday! Sounds like a lot of work for you getting those pieces done. Glad you're able to do something you enjoy and make some money out of it. Your resin casting sounds interesting to re- learn!

QOTD- I try not to dwell on bad things. Maybe one of the couple of nights I've spent in airports or rental cars?

Did not wash the dogs yesterday since factors did not work out (gas). That'll be today at noon since the place opens late. I'm headed back to the store since I found some clearance shirt for $5 that I like. If there are any left, I'll pick up a few more colors for variety. Cooking more today, too. My beef had gone bad, so no stir fry.

I also went to Aldi for the first time. How have I never done this? They have some great stuff, and some things cheaper than Walmart! So excited! Especially since they have ground lamb that I definitely didn't need to buy but did. It's in the freezer but has inspired me to make low-carb shepherd's pie this week.

Accountability- Didn't really eat enough but got in my protein and water this time.

Exercise- Washing dogs. It could be an Olympic sport.

Menu - More pumpernickel bread with onion and chive spread and smoked salmon (so good!), egg roll in a bowl, a big salad to use up the lettuce I bought before it goes bad. Will include chopped egg, shredded chicken, bacon bits, and tomato, hopefully orange chicken, last of the blueberries, seaweed.

Have an amazing day!

Hello Melody and hello all

It's Autumn here and it's still hot but love the leaves falling off trees, something enjoyable about it for me!

My football team won and my political party won the state election after 12 years in opposition so I was happy about that.

QOTD: I've been super lucky with travel. Rarely delayed, nothing lost. Despite many overseas holidays and interstate holidays. One frustration was a domestic flight kept getting changed one morning and we needed to really be there on time but I hadn't thought about that for years until your question lol

Food: I forgot to eat lunch, must not do that again. Normal otherwise.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

Good morning! Yesterday after a very frustrating start, we got to enjoy downtown Chattanooga, TN. Not only did we have a great time, but I got in an excellent amount of walking. Including walking over the Tennessee River. I love bridges, so that was a great highlight on a tough day.

my day was hard both emotionally as it was a day of service and remembering for a dear friend from too far away and we had many rig issues yesterday morning. So in line with QoTD, right on time for me. We usually embrace travel bumps as part of the memory and consider ourselves blessed we got to have the travel. Yesterday tested that sorely for me and it was not for the faint of heart. Had to get a mobile mechanic out to the rig for emergency repairs and right after he left our door lock system malfunctioned and we were locked out for two hours. Roger was finally able to pry his way in, but there is some cosmetic damage to the exterior of the door and we destroyed the locking mechanism in the process. Happily, there is a Camping World RV store two miles away and I was able to get a new lock set and we didn't have to sleep in the rain. (I was five minutes from bashing in a window. No good would have come from that.)

I did a terrible job eating yesterday. But today is a new day and I'm back in the saddle, so to speak.

B. One egg, about a 1/4 hash browns from leftovers

L. Leftover chicken breast tenders that I sautéed

D. Maybe out to dinner tonight as we are hooking up with friends again. If not, shaved beef and onions with a little cheese and a cherry tomato and red onion salad.

Peace Everybody

Good morning ~ It's a beautiful day already - the mattress topper is wonderful. I slept in because I was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. No pain getting out of bed and I didn't have to walk like an evolving human until upright so I will say it was a huge success. Today we are walking the dogs, doing some shopping and going out to lunch. I need to plan/prep for the liver shrinking diet that starts tomorrow. I have all it in my head, and I have everything I need I just want to write it all down.

QOTD - I can't think of a worst experience honestly!

Accountability - honestly, I'm snacking on things I have no business eating - food funeral behavior

b- coffee, protein bar

l - sharing a burger and fries at a pub

d- grilled chicken and salad

s- pepperoni and yogurt

Have a great day!

Good afternoon.

I slept in today. Finally rolled out if bed at 11. Cat, Dewey, was sleeping with me. He 8s a great sleeping buddy.

We went to a Verizon so could physically hold the new (6 and 7) Google pixels.

Minem 4xl, is slowly giving up on me, so it's time to change. I hate changing phones when I like my current that becames unreliable.

I'm also considering switching from. Verizon to Google Fi. Will see.

Besides that in so irritated with the spine allergies. Ugh. I took allergies mess, thrn Flonase, and yet I want to scratch my nose and face to a bloody mess. Ugh. I probably need - woukd use more Flonase.

QOTD: sell the business.. soon..

Today's eats; (IF)

Because of the allergies- my appetite is not really there.

B: Coffee, tea, water..

L: same

D: Ceasar salad with some chicken and (gluten free) croutons, an apple

S: maybe cheese.. ugh

I really hate that spring allergies season. Soo much pollen...
