Good Morning! I hope everyone had a fantastic week and has a fun weekend planned :)

I swear that I can get so much more done when I am busy than when I am not. I felt like I blinked, and it was noon yesterday. Then blinked again and it was 7pm. I got some important stuff done, but I swear I can't account for most of the day!

Nothing much happening today, except that over the next three days I am committed to reorganizing my cookie cutter collection. I think I must have close to a thousand now, eep! I've tried a few new organizational systems but I haven't settled on anything that works for me. It might require a trip to the Container Store or IKEA. I am determined to get this figured out!

Pics for this week are all meee--sorry, haha! Today my online cookie group (called cookie college!) is doing a "Meet the Baker" challenge today and everyone is posting a photo of themselves on IG and some facts about themselves at 11am. Anyway, I made Grim take a bunch of pics of me yesterday so that I had something to post. I settled on the pic of me holding the cookie for the post, but I like the butter one, haha. The 3rd pic is me with my sprinkles cabinet :) I might use these for future posts.

QOTD: How did your parents meet? It was 1969 and my mom came to a young adult conference in Boston. She hitchhiked there from upstate NY (!!) and had no place to stay. She met a guy who offered to let a bunch of people stay with him, and it turns out my Dad was his roommate. They hit it off right away and did a long distance relationship until they were married. I have recently been in touch with the guy who hosted them because he was the best man and photographer at my their wedding, and he's coming to the 50th anniversary party!

Good Friday morning QJB and menuers,

JB, you look radiant! And dare I say, proud of your butter? Love those photos.

QOTD- Your story is better. My mom met my father when he was working on her car.

Yay for Friday! I need to do a better job of planning my weekend. No meetings today (shh, don't tell anyone!) So I might sneak out early. It was clear outside and very mild...just beautiful, if dark. We'll see how the weather runs.

Accountability - I didn't add it to my menu yesterday but a slightly too large sawed off end of pumpernickel loaf with butter. Divine. Did not eat the corned beef and veg and put it aside foe the pups. Offset with a ratio yogurt and my carbs were barely out of whack. Shifted my IF to 11-4 and made it. Ultimately I want to get consistent with not eating after 3 since that works best for me.

Exercise - Elliptical today and I'm going to try some light free weights and see how it goes.

Menu - Chicken pot pie stew, egg roll in a bowl, tuna/egg/tomato lettuce wrap, ratio yogurt, pumpernickel bread with butter.

Pics are of my first corned beef attempt, my burn pile last Sunday, a shell I found in one of the woodpiles, and my lettuce wrap from earlier. Happy Friday!

That corned beef looks yummy, and so does your little Nicoise salad wrap.

Olives could be a good addition! Potatoes and green beans are not on the menu this week. :)

Good mornin everyone! Those are great pictures JB and I like the butter best too!

We have the kids after school today. I'm also really really nervous because I'm getting a letter from social security. Hoping to God that it's nothing bad. With my anxiety it's just sucky to see that and not be able to see what it is on your account with them, boooooooooo!

Not a lot planned for the day. Going to make some orange chicken with broccoli to put up in the freezer. Hoping it turns out good. My boss/friend ordered some expensive jumprings for something specific. They are titanium. Well when I started to use them they lost the color on them when you opened the ring...ever so lightly opened it. Well they told my friend that that's normal(it's not) and if we wanted any money back is to return the rings, which btw out of 5 colors 3 this happened too. They are in Canada so shipping to them is high. After my friend complained they mysteriously took ALL anodized titanium off their website. We are both livid and shocked this company would do this. The jump rings cost over 100 dollars so my friend would be out money no matter what. We can't even post about it because we'd get slammed. So frustrating to say the least. So I'm going to use them and then my friend can re anodize them. WW had planned to mix them with stainless steel but you can't anodize them with any other metal than titanium or ylu'd be electrocuted.

QOTD: a bar. Soooooo awesome.

other than the orange chicken I have no idea what today will hold food wise.

animals! The pups yesterday and the others are Opal and Percy.

I should've added. My father always had a beard after the navy. He had been in a fight in Australia and some chap introduced a bottle of pickled pigs feet to his face. It left a huge scar so he usually had a beard. The only time I remember him not having one was we he survived being hit by a freight train(suicide attempt).
