You're talking my language when you say Mint Juleps. I have had one the first Saturday in May every year since I been 18. Some years it was way more than one.

Belive it or not, I would love to hear about vendor managed inventory... seriously... lol. Ugh.

Omg. The complications that come with cross-border transit and inventory processes. Then again, the vendors used some of our inventory and some of theirs to create products. I used to have to fly to Mexico because we weren't managing it. Good times.

Good morning, everybody!

My son sent us a text that there is an Aurora Borealis on Friday night that will be visible over most of the middle of the country on Friday night. I haven't read the article but may try and see it if it doesn't require being up in the middle of the night or standing in the freezing cold for too long.

Tonight we are going to the Greek restaurant in our town that we love. I think that if I split a vegetable appetizer with Marilyn and order the Chicken Souvlaki I should be able to stay on plan. Hopefully, they will have the basketball games on so that we can watch those while we dine.

I did 100 GHD sit-ups on Sunday and yesterday marks the 72 hour point without any major soreness, so I am comfortable that I can do that workload in a sitting without the dreaded delayed onset muscle soreness. Getting to 5,000 for the year should be a lot easier if I can do 100 in a day. Also, with the weather warming, I can do them in my garage gym. Kip swings are going slower and I can't do them in my garage because my pull-up bar isn't high enough.

QOTD: Crossfit, Grateful Dead or Section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code. Pick your poison.

Breakfast: Bacon and sweet potatoes

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Chicken Souvlaki

Have a great day, all!

Found out in January that the biggest of the three towns around here had a Greek place coming in. I should check on that. Greek food is...mmm.

My poison would definitely NOT be the IRS code! The other two topics could be interesting...I will let you pick the topic.

Good morning ~ Innie is adorable - love his whiskers! My kitty used to be so fat and adorable but now he is old and thin even though he still eats like a horse - it breaks my heart. The dentist... The whole left side exterior of my face was so numb you could have cut my face open and I would not have felt it - even into my hair, around my eye and my whole ear but my mouth? not at all. It took several shots and calling in the other dentist to give me the one that finally worked. This is a newer dentist at the practice but has 30 years experience and has always been super nice. I think he was offended I didn't get numb for him because after that he was kind of a passive aggressive asshat, but i just wanted it all over with. I've never had that happen. The procedure went fine, but my cheek and jaw are not happy. I'm leaving in a little bit to SoCal for a meeting this afternoon and a tour of their new facilities. We are having dinner at Saddle Ranch Chophouse, their menu is massive! We will have a meeting tomorrow morning if we have any unfinished business, if not I'll be on the road the the butt crack of dawn.

QOTD - Food, diets, our dogs and cat, serial killers, mob movies, Frasier, 90-day and apparently the dentist!

Accountability - spot on

b- coffee, protein bar

l - road snacks -pepperoni, cheese, protein chips

d- chophouse - probably chicken lettuce wraps

s- road snacks repeat

Have a wonderful day!
