What's on your Thursday Menu?
I love when neighbors make the extra effort. It makes me feel like everyone has ownership of the neighborhood. Congrats on the big accomplishment. That's amazing!

I guess it's just the five of us on this mile of the "mountain" as they call it, so good to stay a little connected. Wish I was more community or neighborhood-oriented but have to pick based on my abilities. Part of picking is buying Avon from them to help, at least a little. We find the ways that work.
And thanks! Maintenance, here I come! That's the tricky bit.

That is a top of the list milestone girl. I wish I could get back there. You're doing fantastic. Growing up Mom made bread every Friday she would punch out 12 loaves for the week with a family of 5. Wonder how I got so fat? Hmmm.

Thank you! It is a big one by scale standards, and I really want this one to stick. You're working hard to get back there, and I bet Rudy is happy to help you, too. Man, that's a lot of bread! It's hard to be a bread-lover.

Thanks. It doesn't feel that way but I'm glad with the progress over time. My clinic's goal for me is 156, which they've fully admitted is just an arbitrary number they picked in the healthy range. The lowest I've been in my adult life is 152. I've already been adding some carbs based on guidance, so we'll see where it lands! 3.5 months to end out my first year.
