Great job, CH! Is the 19.3 body fat or BMI?

Thanks, Jim!
That's body fat because my scale is insane. It's been reading significantly lower the whole time and is a part of why I wanted to get the body composition scan in the first place. My scale also thinks I only have 5 pounds of bone in my body, though, so I try to take the readings with a grain of salt.
I'm trying to triangulate accuracy for health purposes against how I feel. My 9 month follow up is on the 10th and I've got a bunch of questions on my list to talk through with them. It'll be a blast. For me, at least.

I thought that number was pretty close to what you had at the scan? Now I kind of want one of those fancy scales, but I just told my son he couldn't have mine, so I feel guilty buying another one.

Ah, the InBody showed 23.3 PBF. My Dr. Google research did say that InBody and Bod Pod underestimate fat a bit compared to DEXA in a smallish study.
I'm kicking around the possibility of upgrading my scale to an InBody H20N series. It has a handheld component that makes them more accurate than the one you just stand on, which is what I have. It's not cheap but with scans $60 apiece, it would pay for itself pretty quickly.

DH and DS have a similar scale. They also think it isn't very accurate for the body fat %.

Great job! I have been eyeing the quest cheese crackers, are they as good as I imagine them to be?

Thanks!
Amy mentioned them a bit ago and I also asked since I'd also been eyeing them as a Cheez It fanatic. She recommended and I do, too. Will caveat that they are much thicker than the others and obviously don't match taste exactly but I will buy again to satisfy the cheese cravings with better macros and measured portions. They're definitely one of the things that I need to fit into the day a little but it's worth it occasionally!

Cheese Whisps have pretty good numbers, and are very cheesy tasting.
