Good Morning Everyone.

I've been busy at work with one of the annual outages and trainings that I have to make sure my guys get to. They never have any of them at the Lisbon plant so I have to make arrangements at one of the other bigger ones which are all at least over 2 hours away. So much fun.

So this Friday we start pigle****ch. I have written down in my farm book that our boar Spud potentially bred one of our gilts Sunday on November 30th. It was a planned breeding, but I did witness him trying to mount her the end of December so she might be a few more weeks out, but if she didn't stand for him like in November then she should be due on the 24th. A pigs gestation period is 3 months, 3 weeks, 3 days so March 24th should be the day if she did indeed take I can't wait to have little bacon seeds running around. Most will be sold as feeder pigs, but we are keeping a few for our freezer also. Our chickens are starting to lay like crazy and they just turned 6 months old so I am very happy about not having to buy eggs at the store.

QOTD: Nothing for a Klondike, but for Waygu beef and king crab legs the skies the limit. Like taking out Melody's crackhead neighbor Well I would do that for nothing just so her and her mom had some peace.

B: coffee with raw milk and an over easy egg

L: salad with grilled chicken

D: cauliflower pizza

I think tonight I will plant my elderberry and blueberry plants. I've already put in 25 new strawberry plants. Then it will just be the grape vines.

Just 3 1/2 acres. You don't need a lot of land to make things work. Of course you have to make sure your zoned for livestock.

Good Morning! I can relate to kitties in the bed. My Lily sleeps right in the crook in my knees (I am a side-sleeper) most of the night and I try to stay still as to not disrupt her, even in my subconscious state I love her. I did not meet my goal of getting away from desk much yesterday but will try today. I spent most of the day updating/rebuilding some excel workbooks we use regularly.

QOTD: I am like you on this one, not a huge fan.

Accountability: I was a bottomless pit-ugh

TSS: 8 years 6 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: P3 pack, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: I haven't decided yet

ES: Yogurt

E: Rest day

V/W: On track

Totals: TBD

Have a great one!

I bet your kitty loves you. Both my dogs will sleep right up against me if they're in bed. Good thing I love them, and that they're wonderful heaters.

My rottweiler sleeps on the bed with me. When the mini goldendoodle has been trimmed (usually almost to the skin due to matting of fur despite brushing-they have a very curly undercoat that is hard to maintain), he loves to snuggle up on the bed. Right now, his fur is long because of the cold weather I have not taken him in to be trimmed (he has an appt at the end of the month), so I think he gets warm if he snuggles for too long, so he then sleeps under the bed. I usually can sleep through the snuggles unless the Rottie decides to sleep sideways across the bed and leaves no leg room for me.

I'm sure I look hysterical when I attempt to get out of bed without waking her. I pull my knees up to chest slowly.
