Is your coach still willing to train you if he is not coaching Crossfit? Hopefully, his schedule and your schedule can continue to mesh and workout. I wouldn't have thought to look at the ingredient list in coconut milk, just would have assumed it would be compliant. You're doing great on the Whole 30 diet! Do you feel you are getting any weight loss? Are you blood sugars better? It sounds liked you have increased energy and mental clarity based on your post earlier this week.

My blood sugar is definitely better even eating starch and fruit. No weighing until April 3,rd but I notice things fitting better.

Good morning. We got to do some yard work yesterday, but now the barrels are full, and they don't start picking up for 2 weeks. But it was nice to get started. Lots of bulbs are poking their way up.
QOTD:I like a Klondike Bar, but I wouldn't stab a nun to get one. I was never a frequent ice cream eater, maybe a few times a year. I'll still get a summertime craving, but I can't eat more than about a Klondike Bar's worth without seriously regretting it.

I did. I tried twice. The first I just plopped in, and it came out pretty tender, but not quite enough. And way too salty. I tried again, letting it marinade overnight, both to try and make it a little more tender, and to get some salt out. The second time was a different brand. I cooked it exactly the same, but it was much less tender, and generally not as good.
I'm giving up for a while. I'm sure I'll get the urge again, maybe by next St. Paddy's Day. Thanks for your help though.

The first was grey. I added salt, which I shouldn't have. The second was red, and just had a general bad taste to it. I'll never try another red.
When I try again, I'll get one from the butcher's shop.
