Hala - do you follow PaleoOMG.com?

Over the years she has become more of a woman's lifestyle site and less just CrossFit and Paleo eating, but she has a lot of recipes.

Good morning. That meme is so me. The amount of time I spend thinking about, planning for, learning about and shopping for foods is insanely large. But it does seem to keep me from actually making bad choices.

Glorious day yesterday in Plum Branch, S.C. We arrived to our campsite before 12:30. I served us lunch right away after set up and then I changed into a t shirt and laid down and took a nap in the sun. Meanwhile, back at home, my house is under flood watch. Our friends are accusing us of taking the sun with us and I cannot argue their point much.

Today we move on to Atlanta and have dinner with friends that used to be one of the kids group. So grown up. They have a new son named Vance and they call him VancyPants. I cannot wait to meet him and hug a baby for a few hours. (Fun fact, she was an actress on Grey's Anatomy for a while).

I prepared all our meals myself yesterday so I was spot on for food. No exercise though. Unless stretching while napping in the sun could be considered exercise.

meals today

B. Last bits of short ribs and a fried egg

L. Turkey meat, cherry tomatoes and a couple of cracklins

D. At our friends house so no idea. She doesn't even know I had surgery and hasn't seen me since Thanksgiving four years ago.

Peace Everybody.

That sounds like a luxurious, well-deserved nap. Kudos on keeping food on point! Wave at my family on your way through the ATL.

You guys are moving!

Lisa, I was talking with DS (actually texting, that kid never picks up the phone) about our extreme weather and he said the same thing about SD, non stop rain. Please send us some sunshine.

I burn easily and a nap in the sun could end up in the ER. Sounds like a wonderful thing and glad your skin can take the sun.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Glad the day went well QJB. I wish I had the problem of not being hungry. I guess I am not in need of food, but I am head hungry all the time. I wish I could have one day that I didn't think of food.

ALDI gear dropped today. They have wind breakers Joggers, Pullovers, Fanny pack. Quarter holder keychains, umbrella, and fan slides. I want it all. They even have Tumblers with straws. I hope he sees improvement because I been keeping up with my stretches and icing.
