You are killing it. Great job.

BTW: I'm eating keto this year, but because of my hypothyroid I lost 5 lbs in Jan-Feb 23. Total 5 lbs. Late in Jan my doc finally put me on Synthroid and Since Feb 28, I am down 4 more lbs. But - I'm am not very active. I would like to lose 15-18 lbs (no more than 18), and I'm stubborn. My fat is resilient to loss, so I'm am.

I really have to track, closely, to maintain momentum.

I think the pain is part of what makes it worth it. Whenever I think about ordering something, or even when I put together a recipe, I think about if I'll be able to get it represented correctly in the darned app. Clam chowder recipe alone has like 15 ingredients. I should create more of them as recipes instead of inputting everything manually every time. But...it keeps me face to face with what I'm doing.

If it is something I will make often I use the recipe function. MyFitnessPal also has a meal option that I use for my salads since they are always the same. You can also edit them if there are changes to the meal.

Meat, some kind of fat to cook the meat...salt? I remember that pepper is a no-go.

Meat, cheese, bread. Holiday meals are potato, corn, buttah. But most things I eat alone. Ham, sausage, chicken, steak. Nothing to accompany.

Salt isn't an ingredient. But I usually use it on beef, chicken, or potato, so it would only be a second ingredient anyway.

I know someone who went to a different Duffy's Love Shack. They went home with a lot more than a tee shirt.
