In an oven safe pan (I use a cast iron skillet), melt some mozzarella cheese. Once melted, take out and let cool. Add your normal pizza toppings, bake until done. Simple and easy but not magic for APAW:-)

I like this attitude toward goals. Success is getting things done, for sure. But then, I also rarely travel with super structured itineraries because I like the wander methodology. Adulting comes with enough structure for me.

Love the meme! That is how I felt on St Pattys day...went out to eat, no booze and I had a salad....booo......
I have been busy preparing for a two week vacation. Fly to FL nxt Thursday, cruise from 04/01 to 04/08 and then at my folks until 04/12. Looking forward to rest, relaxation and recharge. We have an awesome excursion planned for St Thomas and will visit a local bar called Duffys Love shack while there. I am sure I will be coming home with a t shirt or two.
