I hope you're able to get what you need! Doctors should know that individuals don't always fit the mold and even the low end of "normal" may not be a good place for you based on what you're experiencing.

I now see a hematologist and he keeps a close eye on my numbers.

Funny meme!

I have a couple of friends that have celiac/chrones and it's so frustrating for them how GF is seen as a fad (because for so many it is) but it's critical for them; the other side of that is that there's so much more of a market since everyone jumped on the GF band wagon that they have more options than ever.

QOTD - all of my goals this week are exercise focused - keeping my streak on my boxing and weightlifting program (week 51 checked off with yesterday's weight session) and finishing my elliptical program for March (session 10 of 12 completed today) and then I have another endurance row planned for Saturday (10k). So I committed to the elliptical session this morning and crushed it, then did a 20 minute core jump class on my reformer which I am feeling right now.

I have a wedding to go to this evening; Tuesday night at 5:30 is strange for a wedding but I'm good with it! It's my trainer so most of the crowd will be very very young but I'm flattered, she said I was the only client they invited.

menu today is

coffee plus half and half X 3

pb English muffin or skyr

lunch will be the other option from above

Dinner - I think they are just doing heavy apps at the reception which is perfect

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!

Yes, I have a small gym set up in my unfinished basement - rowing machine, reformer, boxing bag, weights, step all that jazz. I also have an elliptical in my bedroom because it's too darn heavy and awkward to get down to the gym without taking it apart.

Can you give me a brand and model on the rower? I'm curious.

It's the nordictrack R900. I use it with iFit because I like that the machine adjust to the conditions on the program (same with the elliptical). I think there is a newer model of the R900, mine is from 2020

I'm not a social media person but all I can say is #exercisegoals! You must have rock solid core muscles, and I mean that in the best way over here with my beginner pilates. :)
