What's on your Saturday menu folks?

Hello everyone
Had a good day today and feel good too. Bottle it haha
QOTD: I remember a board game in Aus called 'Holiday' and I was so into it lol I went and found it in my parents garage last year and it looked so boring, god knows why I loved it as a kid!!
Food: Pork San Choy Bow, meal replacement shake, protein water, cheese stick with a coffee and a tea thrown in. Morning restriction is full on at the moment but better as day goes on and very relaxed (within reason) for dinner.
Have a great Saturday!

Good morning everyone. Add me to the list for sleep issues. I made it to 2:38 this morning. I can't seem to shut my brain off. I feel like I am constantly thinking about work and making lists.
My husband is going to be out of town this week for work and I am seriously considering doing AMAW. Can you have eggs on AMAW?? I need to do something to switch up things.
I am headed to work this morning for a few hours and then yardwork. It's supposed to be 62 degrees today.
QOTD- I loved playing hide and seek when I was a kid. The best place to hide is in the shower behind the shower curtain.
Food plan for today-
scrambled eggs with ham
chobani yogurt
collagen protein shot
Some sort of meat on the grill, asparagus
Not sure what else

There's a version called CAMAW (critters and meat all week); it allows dairy, are eggs dairy? I think so but now I'm second guessing. I say you can do anything you want though! How about EAMAW (eggs and meat all week)

CAMAW is anything critter related, so it includes eggs. If it grows in, on, or over the ground, it's out. Protein shakes are CAMAW if made with whey and cows milk.
But since it was all invented here, feel free to invent new stuff. Whatever helps reach our goals

Today I learned about the history of this thanks to my bud Google. Fascinating. I'd be terrified to do this with no gallbladder!

If it was something you wanted to do/try, plenty of people without gallbladders have participated. AMAW/CAMAW/Eggfasts have people that find success for a quick way to break habits and no side effects and others that have challenges. Again, it goes back to trying various things until you find a way to build a lifestyle that is successful for you.

Melody,
Where do you buy your duck eggs?? I have such happy memories of my great grandmother making the best pancakes with duck eggs.

One of my cousins has a few ducks! She is kind enough to share. Honestly though they aren't my most favorite. Something about the yolk being extra gummy or something. BUT they are great every once in a a while since I can't have chicken eggs...which I truly miss, lol
