I love that rowing wins out over elliptical in your world! Hope you get your trophy and soda bread! I grabbed a small corned beef brisket to chuck in the IP tomorrow!

Good Morning! Happy Friday-Eve! Good luck mattress shopping and hope your left hand feels better tomorrow. I didn't get much sleep and hoping the coffee will keep me functioning today. Somehow I tweaked something on the left side my of neck and it started hurting yesterday afternoon when I turn my head. I took Tylenol and used the heating pad but it still hurt every time I shifted in bed.

QOTD: I haven't seen the movie yet and can't even imagine but if people are a part of it, John and Em.

I too have had the "how did I hurt my neck just being" experience. I hope it relaxes a bit today and you feel better!

Try some mild stretching on your neck to ease the tension. That may help. Hope it helps and you feel better.

Always frustrating when those inexplicable tweaks hang on! Glad it's a bit better.
