What's on your Thursday Menu?
Great job on the A1C, job evaluation and raise!
I like your answer to the QOTD. I would also like to keep my 4-day work week, job flexibility, ability to WFH. Those are all QOL savers!

Good morning ~ Hope your hands are feeling much better for tomorrow and I hope you find 'the' mattress of your dreams - it's everything! I've been sleeping really well lately, it's been really nice. Today I have a 6 hour business meeting (teams) and I'm hoping to still get some other work done while listening, we'll see. I need to stand at my desk more often since it helps with my hip tremendously. I have not been great about this lately and I can totally feel the difference.
That movie is on my list, maybe this weekend if I get the chance!
QOTD - A voracious reader - I came to reading and loving books late in life and I can't imagine life without now - even more than coffee, but they are damn close!

Books. My tablet. Why didn't I think of that. QJB distracted me with beverage talk. Now I don't know what to say.

Good morning and yay for jr. Friday! I am a big fan of the pizza for breakfast magic:-)
Busy day yesterday and another one ahead but I did enjoy a glass of wine out on the deck after work yesterday in the 70 degrees....and we only have about an inch of a half of snow so far today, depending on when it stops I might/might not have to shovel.
I wasn't feeling the elliptical yesterday so I went ahead and did a second rowing session to finish my 12 program challenge for February....and then it didn't give me the virtual trophy! I was very disappointed and sent them a note so hopefully I will get that. I do still miss the magnets though. Today will be the elliptical and then they are coming to swap out the sensor on my reformer and I will hopefully do a cardio session with the full sensor to see how that performs. I'm excited, the tech is part of why I went with this brand.
I need to straighten up the house tonight too and maybe run out and get a loaf of soda bread.
QOTD - I would keep my siblings and nieces and nephews the same in any universe!
menu today
coffee plus half and half X 3

It is a great workout and I really enjoy it and how I can make it more/differently challenging.
