I think that whatever method you use for body analysis (INBody, dexa, or Bod Pod) that as long as you compare future results with the same body analysis method it is a great way to track results. I also had difficulty finding a dexa or Bod Pod scan. The closest I found was a 5-hour drive but found the InBody locally.

They definitely seem to be more common! This one has fewer metrics but still has the important core information. Knowledge is power!

Good mornin everyone! Thanks again for the responses yesterday.

Yesterday was ok. I was in a funky mood and exhausted. Overall though it was pretty good. Rachel was good and so was Randall and Riley. We'll be taking the later two home this morning. After that we need to run to Walmart and then Hobby lobby.

I am starting a new to me craft. Resin casting. I found some super affordable molds online, some dyes and powders at the thrift store and now all I need is the resin! That's the reason for hobby lobby. I actually really hate that place and avoid it like the plague but it's the only option other than one Walmart here. Michael's has some but it's a bit more than the other two. Walmart may end up having all I need but we'll see. I need the mold conditioner/release and a few little things, I'm excited!

We're suppos3 to have a chance for snow this afternoon. We were 80 yesterday and snow today. So absurd!

QOTD: I dunno. It's hard for me to say. I would hope to stay kind and loyal...not be a bad nasty version of myself. On the other hand it'd be nice to have a perfectly healthy back and no food allergies! LOL

B: protein pancakes and coffee

L: not sure on this one

D: probably soup

S: 1 cup cereal, cheese and ???

From 80 degrees to snow is just crazy!

I tried resin casting and it was a total disaster, lol. I guess I didn't mix the A & B ratios correctly and it never dried. Such a sticky gross mess. I want to try again but I am scared.

Michaels has Coupons online that usually make it more cost effective than Walmart. And if it is more convenient you may want to go there. I am actually a big fan of Hobby Lobby, but it seems to have less craft supplies than Michaels does.

Good morning all. If anyone can explain to me how QJB not being able to make a fist has any downside for me, please let me know.

QOTD: Hot beverages. Blech. No coffee or tea for me. Drinks need to be ice cold. I think the one thing I wouldn't do without is diet soda. I'm probably at close to 100 ounces a day, and drink steadily all day long. My diet changes radically from day to day. Sausage one day, ham the next. But diet soda is every day.

Mattress and phone shopping day! Both are old. The new Samsungs (phone, not mattress) are S23, and mine is an S10, with a badly cracked and chipped screen, and fading battery. I'm not one to replace things until they really need it, and these both need it. If anyone has a mattress recommendation, I'd be glad to hear it.

I had my very first diet, caffeine free, root beer the other day. I wondered if I was being a terrible WLS patient or if the rest of you guys drink soda. I feel better about my decision now. It really hit the spot. Thank you so much

No soda here but I didn't like malted or carbonated stuff before surgery, either. I count it as a piece of luck.

Me too. I had my first one since 2015 at the movie theater last week. Amy said her new program allows diet soda after 6 months. I won't add it every day, but I will use it as a treat.
