Have you tried the epic chicken bars? 11g protein and only 3 carbs. I always have them in my bag or in the car. The epic line has other bars too (beef and Venison) but I love the chicken one the best.

Yes, and if it's too spicy for you try the beef or Venison. I love the chicken one because of Sriracha.

I eat them, and the beef bars. Good for traveling.

Humpty Hump!

Dinner was amazing. We ordered the 11 course feast for two people, and for the three of us it was plenty. Plus, I got some tuna sashimi.

I had to pass on a few courses because of Whole 30, but still managed to enjoy: pickles, tuna, yellowtail, crab, salad, grilled vegetables and 10 different kinds of meat. The feast actually had two more meats than the Meat Paradise that I was talking with Lana about yesterday.

My favorite meats were an Australian Waygu and the Short Rib.

In a tragic accident, I managed to fling my lobster onto the floor while de-shelling my crab. Can't apply the 5 second rule to public spaces.

Afterwards, we walked around the Aisan supermarket and got our kids Japanese Kit Kats for Easter (Green Tea and Red Velvet cake flavors)

I am going to have to hit the fruit today because my sugar was only 75 this morning and I have a two hour gym session.

Second of four LaCroix only happy hours tonight.

One picture of me and my youngest last night and one of the Chicago River dyed Green for Saint Patrick's Day.

QOTD: LOL, Skyrizi JB. Heart of Glass by Blondie.

Breakfast: bacon and eggs

Lunch: Leftover egg roll in a bowl

Dinner: Hamburger and sweet potatoe

Have a great call all!

They have Lemon Kit Kats out for Easter I heard were very good too. Your Youngest looks more like you. The other 2 look so much like Marylyn. Beautiful family you got there.
