That is amazing. So much rowing! I hope you get lots of tips and tricks from your trainer that can be incorporated into home routines.

Good morning, everybody!
We are going to be cold today, warm for a few days then cold for the weekend, but it looks like next week will start spring weather. I am hoping that is the case.
The award that I got was called Fire In the Belly. It did not refer to any sort of gastrointestinal distress but was for working hard consistently and putting forth a determined effort in the Open. I got a little plaque and a picture with our head trainer.
I was happy. I certainly would have done better in the Open if it were not for the Glipizide that I had to start taking in January, but hopefully the Ozempic shortage is lifting and I can get off of it shortly.
Tonight is our dinner out with my son. I think that I am getting this thing called Meat Paradise, which is 8 one ounce cuts of different steaks from around the world. We will also get a grilled vegetable plate. Marilyn was complaining about lack of carbs yesterday, so she and my son can get rice, noodles, etc. Dinner should certainly be less expensive without any wine.
QOTD: No, I have gotten better, but in the past have ignored things until they become problematic.
Breakfast: Chia pudding
Lunch: Salad with chicken
Dinner: Meat paradise.
Have a great day, all!

Congrats on the award and recognition. Are you going to Holu tonight? I've wanted to try that experience. It seems like a great way to compare and contrast. It also doesn't hurt that the quality is top notch.

Thank you. Yes, we are going to Holu tonight. Marilyn and DS will meet me at my office and I will drive down with them. I don't know the Chinatown neighborhood very well except driving by to see the White Sox.

I caught a White Sox and a Cubs game a while back. I remember a lot about the Wrigley neighborhood, but nothing about the area around Cellular Field.
I'm catching a Guardians game in about 6 weeks, and one at the Mud Hens. That will make 19 major league parks, and God knows how many minors.

I've been to about the same, hoping to get to the Rockies this year when we visit my son at college.
I will be at Wrigley for Dead & Company in a couple of months.
