I couldn't remember, so I obviously wasn't impressed with any of it. But probably the same stuff they sell on their Web site. So if you would like a Rutherford B Hayes t-shirt (I thought White Dove was kidding, but she wasn't!), or a polo or hoodie with a Rutherford B Hayes logo on it, this is your place!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Glad to hear the class was able to be moved with little to no loss of all the prep that you did. I actually have frozen frosting before and found it nicer to use than freshly made. I am glad you were able to contain yourself on buying all the treats at Costco. It is great to have support on accountability. I have none. Ron is always like just eat it. Does he not understand how when the scale moves up and it makes me miserable then I make him miserable? He does he not see the correlation.

It is cold and snowy here. I am hoping it does not kill off all my spring flowers. I will be so sad. I picked up a young lady that was walking to work this morning. I felt bad and it was cold. It was less than a mile ride. She was hesitant but then she got in. She said are you going to kill me? Nope were just going to pray for the Arsehole behind us that was honking the whole time I was stopped and getting her in the car. The traffic light was about 50 yards in front of us and it was red so why he was in a hurry is beyond me. She was cute and grateful, and she was late for work, so I think it worked out. She worked at a Wendy's, and I said you probably deal with people like that all day. She said I was not wrong.

QOTD: Nope Not at all. It has to be really bad before I go see a doctor. Hell, it too me 3 weeks to see the surgeon after I ripped my shoulder apart thinking I could heal it on my own.

Accountability: Great ordered sirloin steak and vegies for dinner so I did good.

TSS: 5 years 3 month 3 days 161.6 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF ID Friends creamer

MS: L&F Banana cream Greek yogurt. and berries

CB: Coffee with SF ID friends' creamer

L: The last of the Burnt braised garlic beef shanks and protein snack select.

D: Zucchini Lasagna

Exercise: Maybe tonight.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great week my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

Aww, they might make it! The poor plants have been so confused the last few years with all the stops and starts. Nice of you to give that young lady a ride.

QJB: I have never bought the Costco tacos. They do look good though. So happy to hear that you could reschedule the cookie class and that you were able to salvage the ingredients. That would be an expensive throwaway if you couldn't, not to mention the labor/time element. Stay safe and warm.

Work today in the office. I did do a bit yesterday event though it was officially my day off, but I figure I do make time for myself to do appointments and such during the workday when I am in the office so it all evens out. That is one benefit of being salaried. Tomorrow evening DD and I have the musical Dear Evan Hanson to see.

QOTD: I am not a worrier about health. I typically think I will be ok but like anyone I can go down the rabbit hole...

Accountability: 2 extra pc sf chocolate.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with berries and keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Asian chicken salad with light sesame seed dressing

D: Berry Salad with chicken light poppy seed dressing

S: 6 pc sf chocolate, protein frosty

E: 60 min hot yoga

Have a terrific taco tuesday.

QOTD: Nope. I do consult Dr. Google often, sticking to vetted websites such as John Hopkins or Mayo Clinic. Having had cancer, I don't flinch when I see that listed as a possible cause of any symptom. The internet is a great resource for information if properly filtered.

Today started off cloudy but the sun is coming out now and I am looking forward to getting out in it. Other than getting my puppy groomed, there is nothing else on the agenda except for some circuit weight training in the early evening. Not to late as then I am too keyed up to sleep. I move through that very fast so I can also get some aerobic benefit as well.

This Monday my best friend is flying in to stay for a week. We have a great time, but it is too late to find an inexpensive cruise or hotel stay in the Bahamas, it is Spring break ... here as well although the water is still messed up from Ian.

Menu. Shake, Banana, fish and chips, oranges, pecans, spaghetti and salad.
