He is weight bearing as tolerated and down to one crutch for a little support/balance. He is back to the office tomorrow. Normal!!

Mornin everyone.

My weekend was a mixed bag. That ****ty neighbor who made drugs? Well he's our neighbor once again as of Saturday. My mom insists that he made drugs yesterday. I think a lot of it was in her head but she gets way to defensive when I suggest it might be her mind doing the bad stuff this time. I'm really worried about her on both health fronts. I so wish she would consider moving. It's not just this a-hole but this whole neighborhood. Ugh money should really grow on trees.

We have to get the car serviced this morning. We might go get a few groceries. The kids are going to each spend the night during the week. Other than those two things I think it'll be a fairly easy going day.

QOTD: nope. My life has been on hold for over 4 years due to my back and other health issues.

I always liked the chance to have my nieces and nephews one on one; just a fun way to spend time with them.

Whew. Lobbying to move sounds like it might be in the future. It's so hard to live in places where you don't get to pick your neighbors! And truly, that's everywhere. But the saturation matters.

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Well, hope you can get what you need...but also that you don't have to cancel your class. Not sure how long cookies and frosting stay fresh but I bet rescheduling is a pain in the butt. You're doing so great on your classes! Knocking them out, really. Guess I didn't realize an MBA could be just 10 classes on top of, you know, the other degrees. Hmm.

QOTD- Much more on my to-do list than my bucket list. I would really, really like to visit a new continent this year. That leaves a lot of the world including Asia, Africa, South America, and Antarctica. I've been looking at a few things but need to get it on the books.

Working from home today. Pest control guy will be here this morning helping to fight off the spring creepy crawlies. I have another day of meetings, then office days the next three. Tomorrow morning is a filling (my first ever), which will be an experience.

Accountability- Extra piece of toast with mascarpone and fig preserves. Good call, Sheila. Not an everyday food but much better than slapping any cheese slice on bread.

Exercise - Recumbent bike and stretching.

Menu - Low carb clam chowder x2, Thai curry chicken and vegetables, red beans and proteins, ratio yogurt. I didn't make two of my planned dishes because leftovers.
